Our batteries feature triple-level fire protection: cell-level (active early warning for thermal runaway), PACK-level (prefabricated Novec 1230 suppression triggered at 170°C), and system-level (water fire-fighting backup). LFP cells have a thermal runaway threshold of ~800°C vs 200°C for ternary lithium — inherently safer chemistry. We have zero fire incidents across 5+ GWh delivered.
iGenergy batteries are certified to international standards including IEC62619, UL1973, UL9540A, UN38.3, JIS, and GB/T-36276. Manufacturing facilities hold ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 management system certifications.
