iGenergy's patented graphene enhancement improves thermal conductivity by 5×, extends cycle life to 14,000+ (vs 8,000 for standard LFP), widens the operating temperature range to -50°C–+70°C, and increases charge rate to 2C. The result is a battery that lasts longer, performs better in Asia's climates, and delivers a lower total cost of ownership.

Our batteries feature triple-level fire protection: cell-level (active early warning for thermal runaway), PACK-level (prefabricated Novec 1230 suppression triggered at 170°C), and system-level (water fire-fighting backup). LFP cells have a thermal runaway threshold of ~800°C vs 200°C for ternary lithium — inherently safer chemistry. We have zero fire incidents across 5+ GWh delivered.

iGenergy batteries are certified to international standards including IEC62619, UL1973, UL9540A, UN38.3, JIS, and GB/T-36276. Manufacturing facilities hold ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 management system certifications.

We offer Cabinet Series (200–373 kWh), 20-ft Container (1,606–3,356 kWh), and 40-ft Container (2,810–6,709 kWh) — both in liquid-cooled and air-cooled variants. Custom configurations from 10 ft to 45 ft are available, adaptable to high altitude, extreme heat, and sub-zero environments.
