Yes. PowerOS monitoring and basic management features are included with all iGenergy hardware at no additional cost for the product warranty period. Advanced AI optimisation modules, API access, and extended data retention beyond 3 years are available as optional add-ons for enterprise and portfolio clients.
The iGenergy BMS (Battery Management System) reads voltage and temperature at the individual cell level continuously. This data is transmitted via CAN bus to the PCS, then encrypted and uploaded to the PowerOS cloud platform. You can drill down from portfolio view → site → container → rack → module → individual cell — each with its own historical trend chart and alert threshold configuration.
Yes. PowerOS provides a RESTful API for cloud-to-cloud integration and supports Modbus TCP/IP for direct SCADA connectivity. iGenergy engineering teams have successfully integrated with Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, and custom-built SCADA systems. MQTT and BACnet integration is available on request for building management system connectivity.
The AI model ingests your local electricity tariff schedule (including TOU and demand charge structures), weather forecasts for solar yield prediction, historical consumption data, and real-time grid signals.
